How a FEMTO order works
From your first compatibility check to the return shipment. Here is the process for a physical ECU service order.
Choose your service
Browse the public service catalogue and select the service you want to enquire about. ECU service enquiries and orders are handled in orders.femtoevo.com. You can read prices, policies and shipping instructions before signing in.

Provide vehicle details, VIN, ECU identifiers and software version where available. State the number of units and the work you need. Confirm compatibility, service scope, completion time and the itemised total, including applicable VAT and shipping, before accepting the order.
Pricing, VAT and shipping costs →Pay your invoice
When your order changes to “payment waiting”, download the invoice from your order. Pay by bank transfer and follow the recipient details, payment reference and instructions carefully. The invoice shows the processing fees and handling of return shipment.

For an agreed physical shipment, arrange and pay for inbound DHL Express delivery to the office address supplied with your order. We do not collect parcels from post offices or pickup points. Add the 10-digit DHL waybill to your order without spaces. Confirm the required customs documentation before shipping.

The agreed service is carried out for the confirmed units. Processing time is confirmed for your order and is separate from carrier transit time. Contact the team if you need to clarify the status or the agreed completion time.
Contact FEMTO →Receive your return shipment
Once the order is fully processed and paid, we normally return the package in the same box using DHL Express with the earliest available pickup. A customer-supplied DHL Express return label can be used if agreed. The return-shipping arrangement and any applicable charge are confirmed in your order.
