1. Who is responsible
SL Global Oy is the controller for personal data processed through femto.store. Business ID 2761344-8; address Sompasaarenlaituri 16 lh., 00540 Helsinki, Finland. For privacy requests, email [email protected] and state that your request concerns personal data.
2. Scope
This notice concerns the public femto.store website and enquiries directed to us through its contact details. The site links to separate account and ordering services at orders.femtoevo.com and portal.femtoevo.com. We do not collect account credentials, ECU files or card details on this public website. Information provided in an account or order is handled in the relevant service and must be read together with the information given there.
3. Website access and security
When you visit, the hosting and security infrastructure processes the IP address, requested resource, request time and technical browser information needed to deliver and protect the site. We use this for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website, preventing abuse and investigating security incidents. Website request logs at the origin are retained for up to 14 days, unless an incident or legal obligation requires relevant records to be kept longer.
4. Your privacy choice
We store your cookie and analytics choice in your browser for 180 days, together with the notice version and expiry. This remembers your selection without requiring an account. You can change it through Cookie settings on every page. Our Cookie Policy explains this storage and any optional analytics cookies.
5. Enquiries
If you contact us, we process your contact information, message and any information you choose to send to answer your request, take steps towards a contract or handle an existing order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request or performing a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and handling claims. We retain correspondence for the period needed to resolve the request and, where necessary, to establish or defend legal claims or meet a legal obligation. Do not include payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
6. Optional Google Analytics
If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics measures website use, such as page views, browser and device characteristics and approximate location, using online identifiers. The legal basis is your consent. Analytics is not loaded before you agree. We do not use this integration for advertising personalisation or send customer names, email addresses, VINs or order details as analytics events. You can refuse analytics or withdraw consent through Cookie settings without losing access to the website.
7. Providers and international processing
We use Hetzner infrastructure in Finland for website hosting. Cloudflare may provide website delivery and security. Our email service processes correspondence you send us. With your consent, Google Analytics is provided in the EEA by Google Ireland Limited and its service providers. Providers may process data in other countries according to their role and applicable arrangements. Hosting in Finland does not mean all processing by every provider takes place in Finland. Where a transfer outside the EEA occurs, the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law apply; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Contact us using the email above. We normally respond within one month and may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
9. Complaints
You may complain to the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi/en or to your competent supervisory authority. Please also contact us if you believe there is a problem so we can investigate it.
