Shipping instructions

Effective 6 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-06.1

1. Invoice and inbound shipment

When your order status changes to “payment waiting”, download its invoice and follow the payment instructions carefully. Pay the processing fees shown in the invoice, including the handling of return shipment. Arrange and pay for delivery to FEMTO using DHL Express.

2. DHL Express in both directions

Use DHL Express for inbound and return delivery. These packages receive priority. Other carriers can cause delays of several days, and questions or problems involving those carriers must be handled by the sender. DHL Parcel Connect is not DHL Express.

3. Return shipment and labels

Once your order is fully processed and paid, we normally send your package back in the same box using DHL Express and the earliest available pickup. You may supply your own DHL Express return label if agreed with us. A customer-supplied UPS, FedEx or TNT label may cause delays; discuss any exception before shipping.

4. Office delivery only

Delivery must be made directly to the office address specified in your order instructions. We do not collect parcels from post offices or pickup points. Avoid national postal services that may route parcels to collection points. Check your order instructions before booking the shipment.

5. Tracking and tax identifiers

After booking inbound delivery, enter the 10-digit DHL waybill in your order without spaces. Brazilian customers: add CNPJ or CPF to the order comment. Mexican businesses: add RFC; Mexican individuals: add RFC or CURP. Provide these identifiers only through your order.

If there is an issue

We have worked with DHL since 2022. If an issue arises with your shipment, a claim will be opened with DHL. Reimbursement will be issued upon receipt of an invoice from your dealer covering the purchase and installation of a replacement ECU.

6. Customs value

The declared value is now 40 EUR, in order to facilitate customs clearance! Customs fees may apply depending on your country.

Customs documentation

Customs descriptions, declared value and temporary-export or return arrangements must accurately reflect the actual unit and service. Confirm the appropriate documents with the carrier and your order instructions before shipping.

Shipping charges and timing

You pay for inbound delivery. Return shipping is calculated for the destination and shown in your quote or invoice unless your own DHL Express return label has been agreed. Carrier transit time is separate from service processing time. Any applicable customs charges are additional and depend on the shipment and destination.
