Service price
The ECU service charge is EUR 250 excluding VAT, effective 13 July 2026. Where Finnish VAT at 25.5% applies, the service charge is EUR 313.75 including VAT. Shipping is additional. These prices apply to the relevant supported service; specify the number and type of ECUs when requesting your quote.
VAT and your total
The applicable VAT treatment depends on the customer and transaction. Business customers should provide accurate company and VAT information. A VAT number alone does not automatically establish an exemption. Your itemised quote shows the service charge, applicable VAT, delivery charges and total before you confirm a binding order.
Shipping
You arrange and pay for inbound DHL Express delivery. We calculate the return-shipment charge for your destination, unless a customer-supplied DHL Express return label has been agreed. Read the Shipping instructions before sending an ECU.
Payment
ECU orders are paid by bank transfer using the invoice provided in orders.femtoevo.com. Follow the recipient details and payment reference carefully. Digital activation purchases in portal.femtoevo.com use their own displayed prices and Stripe card-payment flow.
Existing orders
The amount agreed for a confirmed order does not change when the public price list changes.
