What you need before ordering

How it works

1. Confirm the application. Send the vehicle and ECU information for a compatibility check.
2. Review your quote. Agree the scope, completion time, applicable VAT and shipping total.
3. Follow the invoice. ECU orders are paid by bank transfer using the instructions in the orders portal.
4. Arrange the agreed shipment. Where an ECU is to be sent, follow your order instructions and use DHL Express to the office address provided.
5. Processing and return. The agreed work and return arrangements follow your confirmed order.
