Sales restrictions
Availability
We assess service compatibility, shipping destination, applicable legal restrictions and payment requirements before accepting an order. Do not ship equipment before receiving the instructions for your order.
Excluded countries
Under FEMTO’s sales policy, we do not accept orders or provide services to customers located in the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Libya, Myanmar and Zimbabwe.
Restricted territories and regions
The same restriction applies to customers located in Crimea, Sevastopol, and the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
Sanctions and export rules
We do not accept transactions prohibited by the sanctions, export or other rules applicable to us or our payment and shipping arrangements. Restrictions can depend on the customer, ownership or control, destination, service and end use. We may request relevant information to assess an order.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate customer, destination and end-use information and do not use an intermediary to bypass an applicable restriction. Where a transaction cannot lawfully proceed, we will explain the available next steps to the extent permitted by law.
